What

will I be doing?

Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow.

Recruit, hire and train Team Members for Marketing programs.

Manage and refine the relationship with Resort Operations, Sales and Direct Marketing.

Lead and coordinate all tour flow for respective Sales Centers.

Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all Marketing channels.

Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting Marketing programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs.

Responsible for ongoing training to increase production.

Work with HR to have all new Team Members attend New Hire Orientation and other training programs as needed.

Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production and team building.

Mentor the Marketing team in "guest service" and "how to book tours" on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities
What are we looking for?

1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.

1 year of timeshare marketing experience.

Ability to optimally manage people and scheduling for a large team.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication.

Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting time frames.

Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.

Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
