Summary
Summary Statement The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the Resorts World Las Vegas Marketing &Advertising team in the development and execution of brand initiatives and consumer-facing programs. This entry-level role helps execute integrated marketing plans, assists in campaign activation across multiple channels, and contributes to efforts that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and market share growth.
PrimaryJob Duties
- Assist in the creation, coordination, and implementation of marketing plans and programs that increase awareness, support revenue goals, and promote property products and services.
- Support the creative development process across brand assets—signage, website content, digital and print advertising, email, and collateral materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Nightlife, Entertainment, and Casino Marketing, as well as external partners and agencies.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to activate and traffic strategies across web, social media, CRM, paid digital, and other channels.
- Help coordinate the development of visual assets, including scheduling photo/video shoots and supporting onsite production needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising, collateral, and internal/eXternal communications.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and ensure files and proofs are organized and archived properly.
- Support production of property signage (permanent, temporary, and digital) and assist with special event and sponsorship activations.
- Contribute to guest experience initiatives related to entertainment, activations, opening events, and weekly programming.
- Utilize personal device/cell phone for work-related operational tasks, communication, and review of company documents.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to company policies and brand standards.
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, entertainment, luxury, or lifestyle marketing (internships acceptable).
- Experience with project management or workflow platforms (Asana, , Trello, etc.).
- Familiarity with print production, digital asset specs, and content management workflows.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Internship or 1–2 years experience in marketing, brand, creative, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required licenses for the position.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
- Must tolerate varying noise levels, temperatures, lighting, and air quality.
- Prolonged sitting and standing; bending and reaching as needed.
- Ability to lift, transport, or maneuver up to 15 lbs.
- Strong hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to comply with all policies, procedures, job descriptions, daily memos, and required safety documentation (including SDS).
