Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the execution of dynamic, multi‑channel digital marketing programs—from email and social to web content and analytics—bringing the excitement of Las Vegas to life online. This role drives higher customer engagement, stronger brand presence, and marketing performance that fuels company growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will power cross‑channel campaigns, streamline content delivery, elevate the customer journey, and uncover insights that help move faster and smarter.

- Own the end‑to‑end execution of weekly promotional emails and one‑off campaigns — building, QAing, and deploying sends that drive meaningful engagement and bookings.
- Determine email content strategy by analyzing sales performance, evaluating product opportunities, and collaborating cross‑functionally to secure the optimal mix of offers, assets, and promotional narratives.
- Oversee the ongoing optimization of website and landing page content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO and conversion‑driving best practices.
- Own the strategy and implementation of onsite merchandising and promotional placements, directing asset creation, scheduling, and prioritization to support revenue and campaign goals.
- Analyze performance data (GA4, Looker Studio) to identify optimization actions and independently implement or recommend changes to improve results.
- Develop and execute social content plans that strengthen audience growth and engagement across key platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Oversee social community interactions to maintain brand presence, elevate customer sentiment, and identify content or engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including Creative, Product, and Partner Management — to align messaging and promotional priorities.
- Define and manage workflow processes, editorial calendars, and campaign timelines to drive efficiency, consistency, and on‑time execution across marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitive research, analyze trends and surface insights relevant to Las Vegas travel and entertainment.

- Maintain, harvest, and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives.
- Take ownership of the weekly promotional email build, including content assembly and QA under light oversight.
- Independently maintain the Limited Time Engagement calendar and basic CMS updates.
- Execute regular onsite merchandising placements (House Ads, Headliners) with accuracy and timeliness.

- Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team.
- Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for team goals.
- Fully own end to end execution for weekly and one off email campaigns, onsite merchandising placements, and key CMS updates with minimal oversight.
- Analyze performance trends across email, web, and social to recommend meaningful optimizations for content, product mix, subject lines, and promotional strategy.
- Proactively identify and resolve content gaps, UX issues, and merchandising opportunities across customer facing channels, contributing insights that influence future campaign planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
