Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons (BHPS) is a physician-led, multi-location aesthetic medical group known for advanced injectable techniques, high-end patient care, and a strong clinical training culture. BHPS is led by a physician-driven management team, with most senior leadership coming from medical doctor (MD) backgrounds, creating a clinically focused and protocol-based aesthetic environment.

Our leadership includes Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert Rey, a nationally recognized celebrity plastic surgeon. BHPS serves a loyal, upscale patient base across several major U.S. cities.

We are currently expanding our presence in Las Vegas.

• Our current location is on the Las Vegas Strip at Shanghai Plaza, serving a strong and loyal Asian-majority patient base.

• A second, larger location with full surgical capabilities is planned to open in the Summit area within the next 6–12 months.

We are seeking a part-time Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team during this growth phase.

This role combines hands-on treatments, clinical supervision, and customized treatment planning in a physician-led aesthetic environment.

• Perform aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Develop customized, multi-modality treatment plans
• Perform or oversee energy-based treatments
• Supervise and support aesthetic RNs and estheticians
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with the physician team on advanced cases

• Experience with aesthetic injectables required
• Experience with energy-based devices preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong consultation and patient communication skills

• Flexible 1–2 day per week schedule
• Physician-led clinical environment
