We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to guide our clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead with empathy and excellence. You’ll support nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team members in delivering exceptional hospice care — while helping shape the future of our organization.
What You’ll Do:- Supervise and mentor hospice nursing and clinical staff.
- Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
- Collaborate with IDG team members to provide holistic, coordinated care.
- Support quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
- Active RN license (NV) and a minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (hospice/home health preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
