Home Care; RN Registered Nurse

Overview

SORRY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW GRADS AT THIS TIME. Nurse Core is hiring Home Care Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. We’re seeking nurses who can offer at least two 8-to-12 hour shifts per week, based on patient needs and scheduling availability. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.

• Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs.
• Support patients with G-tubes, and based on your comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.
• Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.

• Active RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
• Proven experience in G-tube care
• Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past year.

Salary range: $38 - $40/hour.
