We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to acutely and critically ill patients in a dynamic Level I Trauma Center environment.

In this role, you will care for patients facing complex, life‑threatening conditions requiring advanced monitoring, specialized therapies, and rapid clinical decision‑making. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑acuity settings, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and is passionate about delivering patient‑centered care.

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care to critically ill and trauma patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Administer complex medication protocols and advanced therapies
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patients and families through critical care treatment and recovery

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2 years of recent Trauma ICU experience (within the last 3 years)
• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Experience in a high-acuity ICU setting required

• Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ABLS required
• TNCC and/or CCRN certification required
