Position: Home Health Care - Visiting Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a skilled Visiting Registered Nurse to join our field team.

This is a direct patient care role meant for a nurse who thrives on independence in the field but wants a supportive, tight-knit clinical team backing them up.

What You Will Do

Travel daily to patients' homes throughout Las Vegas/Henderson, acting as the primary clinical point of contact.

Execute physician plans of care for patients recovering from illness or managing chronic disease.

Perform skilled interventions including complex wound care, infusion therapy, and medication management.

Accurately complete OASIS data collection at required time points.

Coordinate directly with our Clinical Director and therapy teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nevada.
1+ years of RN experience (Home Health experience a plus; we will train motivated hospital nurses).
Reliable transportation: a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are essential.
Strong self‑discipline and organization skills to manage a daily route independently.
