We are currently looking for a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. If you’re looking for a new challenge and want to specialize in a non‑traditional, niche area, this is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child‑friendly, state‑of‑the‑art clinic.

As a Clinician, you will evaluate and treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and in treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears. You will develop great relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.

We hire from various backgrounds because each background is a great fit in its own way:

• Physical and occupational therapists with knowledge of symmetry, asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
• Registered nurses with experience in hands‑on patient care and compassion for families.
• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists with hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

A background in pediatrics is required.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat infants for plagiocephaly using DOC Band®.
• Correct ear shapes using Ear Well®.
• Perform clinical assessments, fit orthotic devices, and monitor progress over time.
• Maintain accurate patient records with minimal paperwork.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, parents, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with prior pediatric experience.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts).
• Knowledge of cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development (desired for PT/OT).
