Are you a Risk Adjustment and HCC expert? Do you enjoy educating and leading clinicians? This will be a float position to support IPA needs within our Las Vegas, NV market.
Responsibilities- Complete annual wellness visits.
- Improve quality and care management.
- Collaborate with population health and the quality department to improve workflows.
- Close quality gaps, improve identification and capture of HCC codes, and improve medication adherence.
- Provide support and training to IPA Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers on Medicare documentation guidelines, HEDIS/quality measures, and clinic workflows that align with value‑based care delivery models.
- Three years of experience.
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with board certification.
- Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of practice.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- We consider this role patient‑facing and it is part of our TB screening program. If selected, you will be required to undergo TB screening.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.

Pay Range: $123,800 - $170,300 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
