Registered Nurse - Pre-Op​/Circulator​/PACU Plastic Surgery

Our Surgical Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care throughout pre‑operative, operating room, and recovery phases, ensuring high‑quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

• Deliver direct patient care, including recovery, OR circulation and patient education.
• Assist anesthesiologist, surgical technician and surgeon as needed.
• Assist in escorting, moving and positioning patients.
• Provide nursing recovery care to a point of safe patient discharge.
• Set‑up and operate equipment as necessary and appropriate.
• Provide complete required records and reports for peri‑operative charting.
• Participate in on‑going quality assurance program.
• Educate patients and families regarding surgery recovery.
• Participate in cleaning and terminal cleaning of rooms, supplies, and equipment to maintain surgical environment.
• Inventory all medications and supplies, and reorder as needed.
• Ensure chart completeness before and after surgery.
• Function as practice ambassador and steward a positive message.
• Maintain positive patient advocacy by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide emotional support for patients pre‑ and post‑op.
• Assist with marketing and social media platforms when appropriate.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all practice services, surgeries, amenities, and doctors’ credentials.

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• BLS and ACLS American Heart Association Certification and proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years combined Operating Room and ICU experience.
• Minimum 2 years in PACU/Recovery.
• Cosmetic, Aesthetic, or Plastic Surgery experience strongly preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Nevada nursing license.

Job Type: Part‑time. Pay range based upon experience.
