Licensed Practical Nurse

Premise Health is hiring a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse in our Health Center located in Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday rotating schedule. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm;
Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am‑7:00 pm;
Saturday 8:00 am‑1:00 pm.

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate under supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice.
• Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observe reactions to treatments, and collect specimens (urine, blood, sputum) per provider orders.
• Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Keep patient health records accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate’s degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
• Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice required.
• Current certification and hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers.
• At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.

Premise offers competitive pay. Compensation range is $29.00 – $34.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
