Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

• Deliver hands‑on care in four Level‑III NICUs across the Las Vegas suburbs with a combined capacity of 140 beds
• Manage high‑acuity neonatal cases requiring specialized interventions including high‑frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator)
• Administer inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy and total body cooling for HIE
• Participate in the neonatal transport program, coordinating emergency stabilization and care
• Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
• Rotate through multiple sites and shifts as part of 24/7 neonatal care coverage
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and mentorship opportunities
