The NICU Charge Nurse will support a specialized Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for critically ill newborns and their families. This role will assist with staffing coordination, patient flow, quality initiatives, and daily clinical operations during the designated shift. The Neonatal Care Supervisor will also mentor nursing staff and support patient-centered care across the department. Experienced neonatal nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary specialists create a strong team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes.

Reporting directly to Nursing Leadership, the Care Coordination and Patient Flow lead will collaborate with nurse leaders, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Women’s and Children’s Services.
