Nurse Core is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands‑on ventilator and tracheostomy care experience to provide one‑on‑one care for adult patients in the home setting. LPN: $27/hr rn: $40/hr.
What You’ll Do:- Provide 1:1 skilled care for trach and vent‑dependent patients in the home setting.
- Manage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G‑tubes, and medication administration.
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.
- Follow physician orders and care plans while working independently.
- Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.
- Recent hands‑on experience managing tracheostomy and ventilator‑dependent patients.
- Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
- Minimum one year post‑grad clinical experience.
- Current hands‑on CPR certification.
- Negative TB test within the past year.
