ResponsibilitiesThe Facilitator RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to manage the quality and quantity of stroke care, facilitating all aspects during and after the Code White process.
Qualifications- Education
:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school. - Experience
:
Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; two (2) years of progressive management experience preferred. - Licenses & Certifications
:
Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and SCRN certification as required by the facility.
