Job Summary

As a member of the Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will ensure optimal patient care and safety at all times. Responsibilities
  • You will perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.
  • You will use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during and after invasive cardiac procedures.
Qualifications
  • Current Nevada Nursing License.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • BCLS certification required.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • AA Degree.
  • B.S.N or B.A. preferred.
  • 1-2 years of full-time equivalent or more prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Critical Care experience, and similar nursing experience in interventional procedures.
