Legacy House of Centennial Hills is actively looking for a passionate and dedicated full-time Wellness Director (RN) to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As the Wellness Director at Legacy House of Centennial Hills, you have the opportunity to bring joy and make a positive difference in the lives of our cherished seniors. Although the role requires hard work, seeing the smiles and gratitude from our residents makes it worthwhile.

This full-time management job works Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and requires availability to be on call 24/7.

With beautiful views of the Spring Mountains, we are a delightful retirement community in Las Vegas offering both assisted living and memory care services. We strongly believe that the more independent our residents are, the better they feel. Our team distinguishes itself by fully embracing our "personal touch" culture.

We’re looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Registered Nurse in the state of Nevada
• Knowledge of Nevada regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect and build relationships with residents
