Facilitator RN
The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of stroke care, including, during and after the Code White process.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing - Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required. Two (2) years' progressive management experience preferred. - Technical
Skills:
License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. Current SCRN certification as required by the facility
