We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with Ear Well. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears. Our treating Clinicians develop great relationships with our families at every stage of their treatment process.

- Evaluate and treat infants for plagiocephaly using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with Ear Well.
- Serve as an expert in evaluation and treatment for plagiocephaly and related conditions involving misshapen ears.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and the clinic team to support patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting.
- Licensed RN
- Prior pediatric experience required
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts); if unsure about meeting this requirement, applicants are encouraged to apply and discuss with us further
