Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner. Currently looking to fill positions in AZ/NV/TX. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patient health, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on treatment plans and preventative care measures. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care is a core aspect of this role.
The practitioner will maintain accurate medical records and uphold compliance with all healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Strong skills in conducting physical exams, ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating treatment plans
- Experience with patient education, counseling, and promoting preventive health measures
- Competency in documentation and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state hired
- BLS/ACLS certification and DEA licensure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse patient populations
- Experience in primary care or family practice is preferred but not required
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
