Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy when and as prescribed, 7 days prior to running out of meds, and as requested by the Wellness Director;
Document medications in the resident’s medical record after administration;
Observe and report reactions and side effects of medications to the licensed nurse;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications
