Southern Nevada Family Medicine and Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center are dual-specialty clinics growing across Las Vegas. We provide compassionate family medicine, occupational health, and Medicare Advantage-focused care
. Our team is dedicated to patient-centered service, teamwork, and innovation in healthcare delivery.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is an opportunity to practice in both family medicine and occupational health
, while developing leadership skills, expanding your expertise, and joining a supportive, innovative clinical team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
  • Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases
    .
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment
    .

Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 12 months of Family Practice experience
  • Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN) in good standing.
  • DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for patient care and improving community health.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dual-specialty clinic
