We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is an opportunity to practice in both family medicine and occupational health
, while developing leadership skills, expanding your expertise, and joining a supportive, innovative clinical team.
- Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
- Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
- Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases
. - Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment
.

- Minimum of 12 months of Family Practice experience
- Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN) in good standing.
- DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for patient care and improving community health.
