The Perioperative Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room, CVOR, PACU, Pre‑Op, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing departments. This leader will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient care throughout the surgical experience. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will focus on staffing, patient flow, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness while helping the department achieve operational goals.

Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will provide leadership to an experienced team of nurses and healthcare professionals. This role includes mentoring staff, supporting professional growth, and creating a positive team environment. The manager will also oversee scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance while promoting high standards of patient safety and service.
