We serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Role: CNA in Las Vegas

Shift: 12‑hour shifts 7a‑7p

Pay: $18–20/hr + a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of consistent visits

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. We are flexible with your schedule needs, so this is a great opportunity for those looking to pick up extra hours or build a schedule outside of other engagements.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
• Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support
• Adhere to the patient’s established plan of care
• Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care
• Remind patient to take medications as prescribed
• Maintain records and documentation of daily services
• Communicate with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient

• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
• TB test & physical examination
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Good interpersonal skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients
• Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions

• 1+ years of experience working in a clinical or home health setting.
• 1+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a clinical or home health setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
