- Licensure/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), BLS
- Experience: Previous neonatal critical care experience preferred, minimum 2+ years
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive for the role and market)

- Manage complex neonatal patients, including ELBW infants and those requiring ECMO
- Employ advanced neonatal interventions such as jet/high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergency transport teams
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and support staff
- Contribute to patient care planning, family education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure documentation complies with hospital standards and regulations
Required:
- Valid Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- BLS certification
- 2+ years NICU or neonatal intensive care experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions and critical care
- Experience managing ECMO or advanced neonatal life support procedures
- Previous work in a Level III NICU setting
