  • Licensure/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), BLS
  • Experience: Previous neonatal critical care experience preferred, minimum 2+ years

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU environment
  • Manage complex neonatal patients, including ELBW infants and those requiring ECMO
  • Employ advanced neonatal interventions such as jet/high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergency transport teams
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and support staff
  • Contribute to patient care planning, family education, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure documentation complies with hospital standards and regulations
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • BLS certification
  • 2+ years NICU or neonatal intensive care experience
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions and critical care
Preferred:
  • Experience managing ECMO or advanced neonatal life support procedures
  • Previous work in a Level III NICU setting
