Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Neonatology | Las Vegas, NV

- End Date/Duration: Permanent position
- Shift: Various shifts, rotating across 24/7 coverage
- Hours/Week: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Permanent, salaried
- License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal or Pediatric specialty certification preferred
- Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Hourly pay rate of $1.00 (

- Deliver advanced neonatal care in four Level-III NICUs across Las Vegas suburbs
- Manage high-acuity cases involving ventilations, nitric oxide therapy, and cooling procedures
- Participate in neonatal stabilization, emergency care, and transport
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists
- Engage in quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development
- Support families through compassionate communication and care
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to optimize neonatal outcomes
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
- Neonatal or Pediatric certification preferred
- Prior NICU or critical care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to rotate through multiple sites and shifts
