The Emergency Department Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership during the night shift while helping coordinate the daily operations of a busy Emergency Department. This leader will oversee patient flow, support safe staffing, and ensure high-quality care for a diverse patient population. The Emergency Room Clinical Supervisor will work closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments to promote positive patient outcomes, efficient operations, and exceptional service.

This role is ideal for an experienced emergency nurse who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.

Reporting to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, the Emergency Department Clinical Supervisor will guide nursing staff, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and serve as a clinical resource throughout each shift. Responsibilities include supporting quality initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
