WhatYou'll Do
As a Home Health RN, you'll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Create personalized care plans that truly make an impact
- Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence
- Flexible schedules to fit your life and support balance
- Ongoing professional development and training
- A truly collaborative team that celebrates your success
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada
- 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or Med Surg a plus)
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
