The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputedhospital in Las Vegas, NM, and we are looking to hire a dependable and experienced CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical and pain management procedures.
In this role, under the supervision of or in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and surgical team, the CRNA provides:
- Anesthesia Services (60%):
Anesthesia care for low-acuity general surgery, orthopedicprocedures, and upper and lower endoscopic procedures - Interventional Pain Management (40%):
Anesthesia and procedural support for epidurals,nerve blocks, and other acute and chronic pain management procedures
The youngest patients may be 5 years of age for ENTprocedures and 12 years of age for general surgery and orthopedic cases.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe administration of general,regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for scheduled and emergency cases
- Perform advanced interventional paintechniques, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesiaassessments, develop individualized anesthetic plans, and manage patients inthe Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Exercise full-scope, independentpractice authority as permitted by New Mexico state regulations and hospitalbylaws
- Follow applicable AANA standards,accreditation requirements, OSHA regulations, infection control protocols and DEAregulations
What We Are Looking For :
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- Current, active, and unencumbered RN andCRNA licensure in the State of New Mexico
- Current ACLS, PALS, and BLScertifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNAexperience, ideally including independent practice and pain management
- High proficiency in airway management,ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and spinal/epidural techniques
