Part-Time Lab Tutor, NURS RN

• Assist students during class laboratory or open laboratory sessions with the operation and use of nursing skills equipment and supplies.
• Answer questions regarding the physical use and function of laboratory equipment.
• Support student practice of clinical skills and procedures previously taught in lecture and laboratory settings.
• Utilize instructor-provided skills checklists to guide student practice and reinforce established course expectations.
• Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Ensure equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained for student use.
• Maintain laboratory spaces in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
• Promote safe handling and use of nursing laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty and program administrators to support student success.

• Current unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel between CSN campuses as needed

Demonstrates expertise in nursing skills and equipment management, ensuring a safe and organized laboratory environment for student learning. Collaborates effectively with faculty to enhance student success in clinical practice.
