Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide care for client employees and dependents at our Las Vegas Health Center. Rotating hours cover PTO and as-needed shifts, with a schedule including weekdays and some weekend coverage.
Responsibilities include exams, injections, wound care, care planning, patient education, orders and interpretation of tests, coordination with physicians, and maintaining records. Requires strong nursing credentials and national NP certification.
