What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in four Level-III NICUs across Las Vegas suburbs
  • Manage approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually alongside a team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists
  • Perform neonatal interventions such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and cooling for HIE
  • Collaborate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts
  • Support families through compassionate communication and education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
  • Rotate through multiple locations to ensure continuous 24/7 neonatal patient coverage
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification in neonatal or related specialization
  • Experience working in NICU or neonatal intensive care (preferred)
  • Ability to perform advanced neonatal procedures and interventions
Preferred:
  • Prior experience with neonatal transport, high-frequency ventilation, or nitric oxide therapy
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multi-disciplinary environment
