- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner License, Neonatal Care Certification preferred
- Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

- Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants, in a high-acuity Level III NICU
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and multidisciplinary care providers
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
- Support neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
- Participate in family-centered care and contribute to innovative outcomes
- Maintain documentation in compliance with standards
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
- Neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong communication and clinical skills
