What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants, in a high-acuity Level III NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and multidisciplinary care providers
  • Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
  • Support neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
  • Participate in family-centered care and contribute to innovative outcomes
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with standards
What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
  • Neonatal intensive care experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
