- License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada;
Neonatal certification preferred - Experience: Minimum 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience recommended
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (

- Provide advanced, evidence-based care to neonates across multiple Level-III NICUs in the Los Angeles suburbs of Las Vegas
- Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and more than 10,000 births annually
- Perform neonatal interventions including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
- Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists
- Rotate through various hospitals and shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Support families with compassionate communication during NICU stays
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional growth opportunities
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
- Neonatal certification preferred
- At least 2 years of NICU experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
