Neonatal specialty preferred - Experience: Prior NICU or neonatal critical care experience required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Competitive for Nevada)

- Provide advanced neonatal care within a high-acuity Level III NICU
- Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
- Utilize advanced technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and whole-body cooling
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation and patient transport
- Deliver patient- and family-centered care focused on outcomes and innovation
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
- Minimum of 2 years NICU/Neonatal experience
- Proficiency with neonatal critical care equipment and protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- BLS/ACLS certifications
