Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is available in a facility located in Las Vegas. This role involves providing high-level patient care in a dedicated ICU unit with advanced equipment and technology. The position requires collaboration with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent, active RN license, 2 years of experience in ICU level unit, ACLS(Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and compliance with hospital policies
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with ventilators, high-flow oxygen, Bipap, Cpap, IV medications (e.g., Levophed, Epinephrine, Insulin, Neo-synephrine, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Propofol, Precedex, fentanyl, versed, Amiodarone, Lidocaine, paralytics), and advanced skills such as targeted temperature management (TTM), hemodynamics, and pulmonary artery (PA) catheter procedures
• Additional Information:
  Working in a unit equipped with ventilators, Art Sun, Rapid infusers, CRRT machines, IV med pumps, SCD machines, cooling blankets, and glucometers. The documentation system utilized is Meditech. The staff may float to all ICUs and Intermediate Care (IMC). The facility emphasizes a 2-year minimum experience in an ICU level unit.
