  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date/Duration: Ongoing contingent on assignment
  • Shift: Various shifts, including nights and days, rotating as needed
  • Hours/week: 36 hours (full-time)
  • Employment Type: Contract (per diem, locum, or permanent options)
  • License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred; at least 1 year of Neonatal care is ideal
Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in the Las Vegas area
  • Manage complex neonatal cases including ventilations, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and cooling for HIE
  • Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization protocols
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to deliver comprehensive care
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development
  • Support families through compassionate communication and guidance
What You Need:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
  • Minimum of 1 year NICU experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions and stabilization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
