What You’ll Do
  • Manage critically ill neonates in a 72-bed Level III NICU setting
  • Perform advanced neonatal procedures, including ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery teams
  • Provide family-centered care focusing on positive outcomes and compassionate service
  • Document care activities accurately, adhering to hospital standards
What You Need
  • Current Board Certification as a Neonatal NP (VMS Certification Requirements)
  • 2+ years NICU experience preferred
  • Active NV state license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong knowledge of neonatal technology and interventions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
