About the Role:

Spring Mountain Women in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated women's health team on a temporary basis. We are hiring someone who is able to start immediately and cover our office for 8-10 weeks. Hours are flexible to the availability of the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive women's health care including routine gynecological exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions specific to women's health
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform or assist with in-office procedures such as colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies
• Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and menopause management
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada (or ability to obtain)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or primary care preferred
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
