We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN acute-care opportunities throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute ICU experience within the last 5 years and be comfortable providing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Manage and monitor critical-care equipment as appropriate
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Respond appropriately to emergency and critical situations
• Follow facility safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols

Current and unrestricted Nevada RN license

• Minimum 2 years of acute ICU experience within the last 5 years – REQUIRED
• Current BLS certification Current
• ACLS certification
• Strong critical-care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment
• Ability to work PRN shifts based on facility needs
