We are seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN acute-care opportunities throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area
. Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years and be comfortable managing multiple patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Provide direct nursing care to acute-care Med/Surg patients
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Accurately document patient care and clinical information
Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions
Follow facility safety, infection-control, and patient-care standards
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Nevada RN license
Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years – REQUIRED
Current BLS certification
ACLS as required by the facility
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple patients effectively
Ability to work PRN shifts based on facility needs
