The Medicine

Schedule & Role Structure

This position is designed to expand access for our growing client base while maintaining an exceptional Fear Free experience.

• 3 consistent weekdays per week
• At least 1 Saturday per month
• No overnight emergencies and no corporate-style overbooking
• Predictable schedule designed to support long-term sustainability

Compensation, Benefits, & Supports

The role is approximately 0.75 FTE with the option to grow into additional days over time. Our total rewards package includes:

• $125,000 annually
• Opportunity for additional compensation through quarterly team bonuses
• Additional compensation for Saturday shifts beyond the required 1 per month
• Health benefits
• $3,000 annual continuing education stipend
• Paid time off

We recognize that compensation is not one-size-fits-all. We're open to customizing the balance of salary, CE, PTO, and schedule to reflect your priorities and stage of life.

Who We're Looking For

• 3-10+ years of clinical experience (flexible)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Nevada
• Comfortable with routine surgery or eager to grow
• Fear Free certified or open to becoming certified
• Collaborative veterinarian who values Kindness, Excellence, Joy, and Community
