Veterinary, Animal / Pet Care
I’m representing a respected nonprofit veterinary organization in Las Vegas that has been serving the community for over 25 years. This is not traditional GP. It’s a focused, high-impact role designed for veterinarians who want their work to directly improve access to care for owned pets and community cats—particularly in underserved populations.
The hospital specializes in high-volume spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchipping. The workflow is efficient, structured, and intentionally designed to avoid burnout. There’s no ER, no on-call, and no weekend work—just a predictable four-day schedule that allows you to focus on surgery and community impact.
You’ll work alongside an experienced Medical Director who is hands‑on surgically and genuinely committed to mentorship. Whether you’re a confident surgeon or looking to build speed and consistency in spay/neuter, you’ll be supported by a skilled, mission‑aligned team in a calm clinical environment.
Compensation is straight salary—no production, no negative accrual—and benefits are excellent, especially for a nonprofit setting.
