Job Summary: The person in this position performs required quality audits to ensure designed specifications and custom requirements are met. They are part of a response team that initiates an investigation when quality concerns arise on the production floor. Responsible to enter incident reports and work directly with quality engineers to coordinate resolutions.

• Reads test schedules, work orders, and performance specifications to determine audit procedure
• Inspects completed assemblies for proper configuration in allotted time
• Records audit results and notes assembly deficiencies
• Tags and tallies all defective material
• Creates Quality Incident reports for nonconforming product
• Quarantines damaged and malfunctioning components
• Confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding audit procedures and results to resolve problems

• One to three years technical experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Ability to properly read work orders, blueprints, and schematics
• Basic computer and windows skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good verbal and written communication skills
