Auditor​/Data Entry

Salary: $19 - $21 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM - 4 PM.

Education:

No Degree Required.

• Data Extraction & Reporting: Routinely pull large datasets and financial/operational reports from internal databases and ERP systems.
• Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain audit records, logs, and master data spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
• Data Auditing & Reconciliation: Review and cross‑reference entered data against source documents to identify, investigate, and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Excel Management: Format, organize, and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions to create clean, readable audit reports for management review.
• Process Documentation: Maintain clear logs of auditing activities, discrepancies found, and corrective actions taken.
