Quality Control Associate

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Quality Control Inspector to join the Quality Department. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet strict military and/or customer specifications. • $12.00–$13.00 per hour to start DOE

• Perform in‑process and final inspections of electrical connectors and components
• Conduct receiving inspections on incoming materials and components
• Review, inspect, and support the disposition of returned and/or nonconforming materials
• Verify compliance with applicable military and customer specifications
• Complete and maintain inspection documentation and quality records
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes (training available)
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and a team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn inspection techniques and quality requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for overtime as needed

• Previous experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO
  9001, or military standards
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools
