Quality Control Associate
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Quality Control Inspector to join the Quality Department. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet strict military and/or customer specifications. If you have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply.

- $12.00–$13.00 per hour to start DOE
- Full‑time Mon‑Fri 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

- Perform in‑process and final inspections of electrical connectors and components
- Conduct receiving inspections on incoming materials and components
- Review, inspect, and support the disposition of returned and/or nonconforming materials
- Verify compliance with applicable military and customer specifications
- Complete and maintain inspection documentation and quality records
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes (training available)
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and a team‑oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn inspection techniques and quality requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability for overtime as needed
- Previous experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO
9001, or military standards - Basic knowledge of measuring tools
