Quality Assurance Inspector

Position Overview

Arvato is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of assemblies and inspections, helping maintain the highest quality standards for our customers. The position requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to quality.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of assembly completion for inspections performed.
• Meet daily quality inspection goals per program.
• Accurately perform work and complete it in a timely manner.
• Record inspection information and results onto inspection forms.
• Assist with controlling, documenting, processing, and disposition of non‑conforming material, product, or equipment according to the defined non‑conformance process.
• Ensure correct materials and documents are used.
• Ensure final production meets customer specifications.
• Annotate documentation to ensure traceability of the inspection process.
• Perform batch record review and coordinate issues with Lead or Area Manager.
• Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy statement and participate in the Quality Management System.
• Perform data entry as required.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; overtime as required.

• At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
• Physical requirements:
  
  employee must stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for the majority of the shift. Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs; average lift less than 10 lbs.

• Pay rate for Las Vegas, NV: $19.00 per hour.
