Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of asphalt production, ensuring quality and compliance with NDOT, ASTM, AASHTO, and other applicable standards.Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures in accordance with industry best practices.Coordinate and supervise the activities of the quality control team, providing training and guidance as necessary.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in quality across all operations.Manage the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable testing results.Prepare and present regular reports on quality control activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt production, quality control, and operations.Extensive knowledge of NDOT, ASTM, AASHTO, and other relevant standards.Proven experience managing a quality control team, with strong leadership and communication skills.Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.Benefits
