Pay Range: $54,678.86 - $65,878.15/YR (Based on experience and qualifications)

The quality of our equipment directly impacts client experiences, production success, and our reputation. In this role, you'll help drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across our lighting inventory while developing the technicians who support that mission.

• Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of lighting equipment to maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee equipment setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance activities before deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help drive effective solutions.

• Develop and maintain quality control processes for inbound and outbound lighting equipment.
• Monitor quality outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track key quality metrics, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.

• Train, coach, and support QC Lighting Technicians in their technical and professional growth.
• Delegate work, prioritize tasks, and help the team meet shipping and show deadlines.
• Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, equipment documentation, and issue-resolution logs.
• Support inventory accuracy and equipment integrity throughout the process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with operational goals and client expectations.

• 3+ years of experience in professional lighting, AV, or quality control.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional lighting systems, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
