What

You'll Do Ensure Equipment Readiness
  • Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of lighting equipment to maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversee equipment setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance activities before deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help drive effective solutions.
Drive Quality Standards
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes for inbound and outbound lighting equipment.
  • Monitor quality outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track key quality metrics, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.
Lead and Develop the Team
  • Train, coach, and support QC Lighting Technicians in their technical and professional growth.
  • Delegate work, prioritize tasks, and help the team meet shipping and show deadlines.
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, equipment documentation, and issue-resolution logs.
  • Support inventory accuracy and equipment integrity throughout the process.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with operational goals and client expectations.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in professional lighting, AV, or quality control.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong knowledge of professional lighting systems, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
